AVC’s Managed Services offers more value to our clients

In October AVC upgraded the backend managed services support software to version 9.0, the key feature upgrades are centered on automation, process monitoring, instant action execution and enhanced remote control.

Whilst the main software engine has been upgraded the end-user interface stays the same. The logging of your support ‘tickets’ remains the same as too does the access to your portal.

Send an email to “clientname”@avc.com.au, we have conveniently added this to your global address list under the name “AVC Managed Services”.

When creating the email
• In the subject line put a brief but meaningful description of your request
• In the body of the email put as much information about your request as possible, put screen capture pictures of your problem (ask us if you want know how).
Your email will automatically convert to a request in our job management software. Upon which time we will evaluate, prioritize, schedule and allocate a technician to the request.
